What brought you to Second Life?
Nicholas Philly: Ryan how did you find out about Second Life?
Ryan Hydraconis: Hmm, wow, through the MTV show “True Life” actually
Nicholas Philly: okay cool so you saw this on the TV and it sparked an interest huh
Ryan Hydraconis: kind of, i had alot of spare time on my hands at the time and was looking for somethign to keep me busy
Nicholas Philly: haha yeah and there is plenty to do in SL to accomplish that I am sure!!
Ryan Hydraconis: yeah, i had no idea when i first started
How do people you talk to in real life about SL tend to react to it?
Nicholas Philly: so when you tell people in real life about SecondLife how do they generaly react?
Ryan Hydraconis: most dont know what it is im talking about, the ones that do are kind of amazed by the things you can do/make
Nicholas Philly: yeah I have personaly had a mixture of reactions from people who think its maybe just a bit taboo to people who are in awe of the possibilities. Seems like thats an across the board kinda reaction 2 types of thoughts!

Ryan Hydraconis: through Lina actually, ive known her for awhile
What keeps you coming back to SLook?
Mostly my friends, they always have all kinds of crazy messages they leave for me. Other then that it’s always interresting to see what the newest topics on the forums are.
What inspired the name?
I actually got it from the first Stephen King book I read. I draw a alot of inspiration from his works when it comes to some of the stuf I make. I’m actually looking to also open up a clothing store, and an art gallery both of which have names from Stephen King books.
Tell us a little about your services/business that you own:
I sell a little bit of everything. Clothing, gestures, bodyparts, furniture, etc. Most of it is stuff I’ve made for myself or friends and just decided to sell it as well. I’m amazed at times to see the things I first started out with compared to some of the newer stuff I’ve made.
Why did you create your business (talent, something you didn’t see offered in SL)?
Honestly I just love seeign people enjoying the things I make. I have alot of fun building and whatnot and just decided to see if I could turn it into an enterprise.
When your not busy creating content what do you like to do for fun in SL?
I enjoy DJ’ing alot actually. One of my constant loves has always been music, and I get an ultimate high when people get off on the music I play. Other then that I usually just hang out with a few close friends and get into shenangins.
What do you recommend for SLook members as your “must have” item?
Any of my custom made eyes, they all have a freaky look to them, and the colors can be customized on them to give it that extra special look. Also if they like colorfull clothing I have a wide variety of shirts and shorts I’ve made. They are probably the things I’ve had the most fun making, mostly because I wear them all all the time myself.
